She has been proudly associated with companies like Arvind Mills, Zydus Cadila, Tata Croma, Anand Niketan Group of Schools, ICFAI, CIMS Hospital, Kalptaru Power and many more. She loves to interact and share her knowledge and insights with people from different backgrounds at various platforms.

Besides training, Supriya also shares interest and has proved her mettle with organisations like HDFC Life, Future Group, Azure Technologies, Asian Media and Marketing Group and One Dream Eduventures in general management and organising, managing and supporting activities required for running a business unit. Rachita holds a B.Sc degree in Hotel and Hospitality Administration from IHM Lucknow along with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from CSJM (Kanpur) University. She started her career with The Oberoi Amarvilas, Agra.

Since 2005, Rachita has garnered a vast experience in the field of Hospitality, Call Centres, Telecom, Retail- Apparel, Consumer Durables, Electronics, and CSD – (Membership/Finance) , General Merchandise, Footwear, Furniture, Soft Skills modules and also Luxury Retailing- Gems and Jewellery Industry.

She has worked with certain top brands like Oberoi Hotels and Resorts and Convergys India Services during her stint with call centres and hotels.

With over 8 years of training experience, she has worked with Vodafone, Future Human Development Limited(Future Group)- all format stores, such as Big Bazaar, Pantaloons, Central, Brand Factory, Home Town, E-Zone, Loot mart, Food Bazaar and with Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri(TBZ- The Original) as Assistant Manager- Training. She has trained employees from the frontliner level to Business Heads on New Store Openings, Products and Processes, Soft Skills, Refreshers, TNA, TNI, Mystery audits etc and university students on Event Management.

She works as a Freelancer and is closely associated with brands like Lakme Lever( Training Consultant for their re-branding and sales training assignment and also Salon Audits), Shoppers Stop(Product and Process and a Soft Skill Training), Manipal City and Guilds, under the aegis of NSDC(National skill Development Corporation) and THSC(Tourism and Hospitality Sector Skill Council) for their recently concluded project on Event, Conference and Meeting Planner(1^st trainer in the country to have conducted the course) for MUJ(Manipal University Jaipur).
